Our Services

A creative, therapeutic space for adults ready to be met exactly where they are

What Sets Us Apart

At Aura Art Space, every service is built around one belief: that creativity is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, expression, and reconnecting with ourselves.

Whether you are navigating anxiety or depression, living with early-onset Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment, or caring for a loved one through the demands of dementia — there is a space here for you. Each service is one-on-one, personalized to your needs, and offered with the warmth, patience, and clinical expertise that this kind of work deserves.

Individual Art Therapy

For adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or emotional stress.

Individual art therapy offers you a gentle, creative space to explore what you're carrying without the pressure of having to explain it perfectly. In each session, art-making becomes the vehicle for expression, insight, and healing, guided with care by a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) who meets you exactly where you are.

Sessions are one-on-one, personalized to your needs and goals, and available both in-person in Dallas, TX and virtually for clients across Texas, Illinois, and Idaho.

You don't need to be an artist. You just need to show up.

Art Therapy for Memory Changes

For individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment.

A diagnosis doesn't define what you're still capable of feeling, creating, and expressing. Art therapy offers a consistent, supportive space that is built around your strengths — where creativity becomes a tool for emotional comfort, cognitive engagement, and a sense of accomplishment that is entirely your own.

Each session is one-on-one, paced gently to honor your independence and lived experience, and facilitated by a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) who understands both the clinical and deeply human side of memory changes.

Sessions are available in-person in Dallas, TX and virtually for clients across Texas, Illinois, and Idaho. No art experience needed — only a willingness to explore.

Art Therapy & Support for Caregivers

For those caring for a loved one experiencing memory loss, dementia, or cognitive decline.

Caring for someone you love is one of the most meaningful things you can do — and one of the most exhausting. Your needs matter too. Caregiver-focused art therapy offers you a private, unhurried space to process the emotional weight of caregiving, reduce burnout, and reconnect with yourself beyond your role as a caregiver.

Through guided art-making and compassionate one-on-one support, each session is designed to help you slow down, feel seen, and restore what caregiving can quietly take away.

Sessions are one-on-one, personalized to your experience, and available in-person in Dallas, TX and virtually for clients in Texas, Illinois, and Idaho.

  • "During our first sessions Essence has shown to be a reflective listener. She allows time for my me to fully explain things, didn't rush, and provided solutions, areas to focus on, and asked great questions to allow me to reflect over the time till our next session. Excited for the journey ahead, and really hoping to gain skills to improve my interpersonal relationships"
