What We Offer
Aura Art Space offers individual art therapy, virtual creative membership groups for adults and individuals with memory loss, and caregiver support groups designed to foster expression, connection, and emotional wellbeing.
What Sets Us Apart
At Aura Art Space, our services are designed to support emotional wellbeing, cognitive engagement, and creative expression through accessible, virtual art-based programming.
We offer structured membership programs for adults, individuals experiencing memory changes, and caregivers supporting loved ones through cognitive decline. Each offering is rooted in the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for connection, regulation, and restoration.
Our virtual services are designed to meet people where they are—removing barriers to access while creating consistent spaces for reflection, expression, and community support.
Through guided creative sessions and supportive group experiences, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage in meaningful creative practice without pressure or performance.
Individual Art Therapy
One-on-one virtual art therapy sessions provide a personalized space for emotional exploration, healing, and self-expression. Each session is guided by your needs and goals, using art-making as the central tool for processing emotions, building insight, and supporting mental and emotional wellbeing.
Aura Expression Membership
A virtual creative wellness model that offers access to weekly process-based art groups designed to support mental and emotional wellbeing. Each session is centered around guided art-making as a tool for reflection, emotional expression, and stress relief in a supportive group environment.
Holding Space Membership (Art-Based Memory Support)
A virtual creative wellness program for individuals experiencing memory loss, including early-onset Alzheimer’s and mild cognitive impairment. Weekly groups offer both meaningful engagement and a structured, supportive environment centered on art-making to promote emotional comfort, routine, and safety.
Caregivers Support Group
Caregiver support groups provide a restorative virtual space for those caring for loved ones with memory loss or cognitive decline. Through shared discussion and guided reflection, art-making remains at the center of each session, helping caregivers process stress, reduce burnout, and reconnect with themselves.
