Why Memory Care Matters to Me

Supporting brain health is deeply personal to me. My work is shaped by experiences that revealed just how profoundly memory and connection influence the heart of who we are. I’ve had the privilege of directly supporting loved ones living with memory loss, experiences that taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and presence in every interaction.

Over the years, I’ve seen how moments of art-making—painting, storytelling, even gentle reflection—can spark recognition, joy, and calm in ways words alone cannot. This is why I approach memory care and brain wellness through both science and creativity. Each session is an opportunity to nurture resilience, stimulate the mind, and remind people that they are more than their diagnosis. My hope is to create spaces where individuals and families feel supported, seen, and inspired to rediscover meaning in everyday life.
